Thank you for visiting and shopping at “Evashopping.com.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
For any defective product, please make a complete unboxing video of the delivered parcel and send on whatsapp on +91 6381416037 mentioning your order ID. We will guide you thereafter. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will refund the amount. As a policy, we do not offer returns and exchange on product we will offer only refund the amount. The refund shall be made through online mode. Order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
Note:
1. In case any return pickup service not available from our side, you must be able to courier.
2. Please note the unboxing video should cover all the sides of the package. It must be a single video No Pause No Cut. Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package.
The following Does not qualify for Refunds:
1. Package refused by recipient.
2. Products that have been returned in a used or demaged condition
3. Products returned due to size issues ( please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
4. Incorrect delivery address
5. Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
