Shipping Policy

All order are processed within 3-5 business days. Order will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile.

Unexpected problem there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods, heavy rains, natural calamity, national bandh, election dates, curfews, traffic jams, festival times, regulated traffic movements or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.

Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or Next working day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers and the website tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We use speedpost, delhivery, shiprocket as courier partner for all domestic orders. You will be notified when you order is out for delivery in your local area.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
